Here is how I typically work.

I do not do generic workshops or off-the-shelf frameworks. I embed in your program and lead from inside it.

Every engagement starts the same way: a conversation. I learn what you are building, where it is breaking down, and what leadership gap exists. Then we figure out together whether there is a fit and what that looks like.

I integrate into your team, your environment, your tools. I lead the program with the same rigor I bring to my full-time work. You get a senior PM without the full-time cost.
