I graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Civil Engineering. My first jobs were in construction inspection and management, working for firms like A&Z Engineer and Beam Longest and Neff. I learned how to read a site, manage contractors, track budgets, and keep projects moving when things went wrong.
That experience taught me something most program managers never learn: what it actually takes to build something. Not in a presentation. On the ground.
From there, I moved into transportation engineering at CDM Smith, then into project management at Parsons Corporation. While working full-time, I earned my MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. That combination, technical delivery plus business strategy, opened a new lane.
In 2022 I joined OneAmerica Financial as a Senior Program Manager for Cloud and Data. I scaled Agile practices across the organization, led the Release Train Engineer function, and built the program management infrastructure the teams needed to move faster. I have been doing that work ever since.
In late 2024, I added a contract role at Navy Federal Credit Union, leading cybersecurity programs focused on Identity and Access Management and Privileged Access Management. Those programs protect access to critical infrastructure for one of the largest credit unions in the country.
Now I am building Sidibe Enterprises to bring that same program leadership to organizations that need it, on their terms.
